COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dynetic Systems 230199B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Porter-Peerless products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nidec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Porter-Peerless such as the 1835400580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16703607100 manufactured by Nidec and we are pleased to be able to service most Nidec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20BM040HXDTO by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 202Q15R56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton-Electrical such as 1B92770H11 equipment made by Eaton-Electrical have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton-Electrical products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton-Electrical" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FT60821AF711AG1 made by Siemens as well as the popular 1EN60034 original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 215TTDR7969 by Marathon and 1B92770H11 spares by Eaton-Electrical are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FK70225AK211LG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
